I didn't plan on being an entrepreneur. But one spontaneous "yes" in my early twenties turned into a decade of building and running small businesses — from brewery software to a cleaning company to scaling a consulting firm.
Today, I work as a business broker, helping owners through one of the most personal and high-stakes transitions of their careers. Having sat on both sides of the table, I've learned just how much people stuff lives underneath business stuff.
Like many, my path hasn't been linear. I've burned out more than once, dealt with health issues, dropped everything to travel the world, and rerouted my life more times than I expected. This site shares the stories and lessons I've picked up along the way — not only from the deals, but from the quieter, more human moments behind them.
