Business Broker · Vancouver & the Sea to Sky

You only sell once.
Let's get it right.

I help owners across Western Canada — Vancouver, the Lower Mainland, Vancouver Island, and the Sea to Sky corridor — sell their business with fewer surprises and a better result.

I run the sale.

What a broker actually does

I help you figure out what your business is actually worth, get it ready so a buyer can say yes without flinching, find the right buyer quietly, and hold the deal together through the parts that usually fall apart. Selling is usually the biggest financial event of an owner's life — and it lands in the middle of everything else: the staff who depend on you, the customers who trust you, and a decade of identity wrapped up in the thing.

The process

Every sale is its own animal — but most move through four stages.

01

What's it worth, really

A grounded valuation based on what buyers actually pay — not a flattering number that falls apart under scrutiny.

02

Getting sellable

The gap between "profitable" and "sellable" is where deals live or die. We close it before we go to market, not during diligence.

03

Finding the buyer, quietly

Confidential outreach so your staff, customers, and competitors don't find out until it's the right time to tell them.

04

Holding the deal together

Offers, negotiation, financing, and closing — the stretch where deals wobble. This is the part I'm there for.

Who I work with

Established businesses — including the ones most brokers pass on.

Owners of established small and lower-mid-market businesses across BC — from Vancouver up through Squamish, Whistler, and Pemberton. If you've built something real and you're thinking about what's next — retirement, a health thing, burnout, a new chapter, or an offer that landed in your inbox — that's the conversation I'm built for.

Some of these deals are the size most brokers quietly pass on. I take on smaller and more complicated ones than most, because I've run them myself and I know they're sellable when they're handled right.

Why me

I've sat on both sides of the table — and I've learned how much people stuff lives underneath the business stuff of a sale.

I spent a decade building and running small businesses — brewery software, a cleaning company, scaling a consulting firm — and I've bought, built, and exited my own. I've also burned out, dealt with health issues, and rerouted more than once. So when I say I get how personal this is, it's not a line. It's the whole reason I do this the way I do.

You'll get straight counsel, not a sales pitch. If your business isn't ready to sell, or the timing's wrong, I'll tell you — because a sale that shouldn't happen yet helps no one.
